The whole plan of God for the age I liken to a jigsaw puzzle. Usually, you buy a puzzle in a box with a picture of the completed puzzle on the cover. The picture is a helpful reference to guide you in putting the pieces together. In this analogy comparing the revelation of the chronology of the end to a puzzle, we have only certain pieces of the puzzle, and no picture to guide us in assembling it - to guide us into a knowledge of the plan. Those who study the Bible have tried to understand the plan having only a limited number of the pieces of the puzzle, and little idea of what the puzzle is going to look like, and perhaps even less idea about how to fit the pieces together. Different areas of the puzzle have been fit together with regard to matching the shapes but not the colors. Or the colors have been matched at the expense of the shapes, the pieces being forced together where they don't really fit. Without help, there is no hope of ever getting the puzzle together properly. A view of the picture the majority of Christians see is a real "Picasso"! Finally, as the age draws to a close, help has arrived! The ministries of latter day apostles is blossoming! Those sent to illuminate the project with light from above have been busy about the work. The first thing a skillful jigsaw puzzle assembler does is find all the pieces with a straight edge, because these form the border. The border is assembled first because it defines the puzzle's structure and gives a context within which to add the other pieces. Friends, the border pieces are those dealing with chronology. Just like chronology gives us the structure upon which to hang the events of history past and allow us to make sense of it, chronology also gives us the structure upon which to hang the events of the future. Knowing the order and sequencing of events enables us to fit the border of the puzzle together. When we know the order of the events, the relationship between the events exposes crucial information about those events and their meaning. When we get a block of pieces fitting together, we step back and with a new perspective begin to see how the various blocks of pieces are looking and the picture of the whole plan on the cover of a box we've never seen begins to come into view. By his grace, this is our privilege to see such a revelation in our time!

Shmitah Confirmation

Of the time cycles of the end, I knew I had the millennial transition dialed in at Jesus' birth as well as the Abundance and Famine Weeks identified in these latter days, but their relationship I didn't quite grasp. That is like the triangular member, a brace. I had it in mind that the transition between the sixth and seventh millennia would divide the Abundance and Famine Weeks, falling right after the seventh Abundance year. The problem with that assumption that bothered me was that when I would count from 2 BC when I knew Y'shua was born, the 2000 years were not complete until 1999. Y'shua was born at the transition between the 4th and 5th millennia. Counting seems like a simple thing, but simple math has boggled the minds of many a scholar. I knew with a certainty that 1998 marked the transition between the Abundance and Famine Weeks. Because the turn of the sixth into the seventh millennia didn't correspond with the turn of the Abundance to the Famine week, there was one year difference, this just didn't make sense to me. Where was the problem with this - Was I off by a year on one of these two items? When I took this quandry to the Lord a while back, I had come to the place where I knew I was not off by a year on either point. I was absolutely convinced of both conclusions. I asked the Lord to just explain it to me so I could be settled. He did. I never thought of it before, but when time began at creation, the shmitah cycles (7 year Sabbatical cycle) began. At the same time, the count of days and years began as well, obviously. Neither cycle has been broken. Shmitah and Millennia have been ticking away on the calendar from creation unto this day. There are seven millennia allotted for the fullness of time, fully 1000 shmitah. Although 7000 is evenly divisible by 7, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 and 6000 are not. If you divide 1000 by 7, you find that there is a remainder. Six sevenths. When the first millennium drew to a close, there was one year left to go before that 143rd Shmitah would be complete. If you divide 6000 by 7, the remainder is one. The 858th Shmitah has six years to go before completion at the time when the sixth millennium transitions into the seventh. The Abundance and Famine Weeks are in synch with the Shmitah established from Creation, they are Shmitah cycles. The 858th Shmitah is the Famine Week. It began in 1998. A year later, the Seventh Millennium began. The accuracy of God's accounting of time is perfect.

By the way, if you're familiar with the Infinity Code (Al Neal) The 858th chapter of the Bible is Daniel 8. Daniel 8:19 reads: He said: "I am going to tell you what will happen later in the time of wrath, because the vision concerns the appointed time of the end. The only Hebrew word with a gematria of 858 is tachton, an adjective meaning: 1) lower, lowest, nether The suggested possible translations of this word are lower, lowest, nether, nethermost. A relevant meaning, to be sure! This word occurs 13 times in 13 verses. A number with a relevant meaning!

The Famine Week is a Shmitah, a particular week of years on the Sabbatical Cycle. This cycle began at Creation and continues to this day. Jesus was born at the transition from the fourth to the fifth millennia. Because the years counted in millennia began at Creation coincident with the Shmitah, knowing the calendar date for Y'shua's birth allows us to calculate the Shmitah.
